Hi there, I'm Myst!

I'm a hobby artist, desktop musician / songwriter, and web designer. Most people tend to know me from the vocalsynth fandom, where I manage the UTAU Kikyuune Aiko and post media under Studio VOXYZ.

I've been a netizen since the ye olde days of fanfic listservs and OG Neopets. It's thanks to Neopets that I began coding, and I actually hosted my first website on Geocities back in the early to mid 00s. It was an adoptables and web graphics site called Krystal_Grafix, which later became Krystalixa.

When I discovered Neocities through the Mastodon community, it rekindled my love for retro internet things, and so I jumped in to make a fan shrine for my favorite VOCALOID voicebank, BIG AL. However I ended up enjoying Neocities so much I went and became a supporter and migrated my personal site! Even if it's not that crunchy Web 1.0 Geocities aesthetic, working on this has still brought me plenty of old-net nostalgia.

Offline, I work as a library tech and I have a cat named Domino!
